2007 Gala - Jubilee

Jubilee, Helping Austin's 3rd annual fundraiser benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas, was held at the Children's Museum on September 22, 2007. Building on the success of the previous two years, Helping Austin raised over $28,000. With a sold-out crowd, patrons were entertained by performing artists, live music, dinner provided by McCormick and Schmicks and a live auction.

The theme celebrated Austin's unique artistic culture and diversity. Several local performing artists greeted and entertained guests including magicians, jugglers and body painters. Patrons experienced a fundraising event unlike any before with thrills and magic abound.

The artwork was an exceptional treat. Ten local artists created pieces inspired by the magic of Austin as seen through their eyes.
